We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Digiwala.in. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of receiving your order. Please read the following terms and conditions to understand our return process:
- Eligibility for Returns:
1.1 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
1.2 Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
- Initiation of Return:
2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at https://digiwala.in/contact/ within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.2 Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and, if possible, include photographs of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Shipping:
3.1 Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Digiwala’s error or a defective product.
3.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.
- Inspection and Processing:
4.1 Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
4.2 Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds:
5.1 If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5.2 Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.3 Timeline : Refunds will be credited within 5 – 10 working days to your original payment method.
- Exclusions:
6.1 Returns outside the 7-day return window may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Replacement / Exchanages:
7.1 For any replacement / exchange kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7.2 If any replacement / exchange is approved the new item will get delivered to you within 3 – 7 working days from the date of approval.
